Cloud Operations Support Associate

Alarm.com is seeking a Cloud Operations Support Associate to proactively monitor alerts, manage service events, and work closely with internal teams to ensure operational availability and efficiency.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and pay attention to details
Basic computer knowledge including Networking and Cyber Security
Willingness to learn new skills and tools

Responsibilities

Proactively monitor alerts for 24x7 operations and availability
Handle service impacting events in a timely manner
Triage and escalate incidents, and collaborate with internal and external teams for issue resolution
Assist in system upgrades and maintenance events
Create incident reports and tickets, and maintain knowledge base articles
Perform pre and post activity testing verification

Education

High School diploma with 2+ years related experience
Associate's degree with 1+ year related experience
Bachelor's degree with 0+ years experience
