As part of the Marketing and Communications team you will be playing an integral part in positioning Aleph Alpha as a leader in Generative AI for Businesses. The ideal candidate operates at the sweet spot of strategic and hands-on responsibilities within a growing team.
Your responsibilities:
Strategy: Develop and implement an integrated communications strategy to position Aleph Alpha effectively in the market.
Media Relations: Establish and maintain media contacts; coordinate media inquiries.
Content Creation and Management: Prepare content for press inquiries, social media, blog posts, and whitepapers; support management in preparing presentations and panel discussions.
Social Media Management: Oversee the company's presence on social networks, focusing on LinkedIn and Twitter (X).
Crisis Communication: Develop communication strategies for crisis situations and proactively manage the company's reputation.
Collaboration with Agencies: Manage and closely coordinate with external marketing and communications agencies.
Internal Communication: Take responsibility for internal communication, work closely with the marketing, product, and research departments to ensure consistent and transparent information dissemination.
Performance Measurement: Create clear reports on performance metrics for management; continuously adapt the communication strategy through media monitoring and social listening.
Your profile:
Several years of relevant experience in corporate communications, ideally in a Tech company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Completed studies in communication, marketing, or a comparable qualification
Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies in a B2B context
Experience with GenAI technologies and their application in communication is an advantage
Analytical thinking skills and experience in creating performance measurement reports
