Main Responsibilities- Creating commercial strategies and plans across the different markets within the region to drive revenue growth
- Building strategic B2B relationships with the C-level executives on both the clients & agencies' sides to integrate their online marketing and communication budgets and objectives
- Leading a team of client partners (CPs) & Client Success Managers (CSMs) to build long-term partnerships and achieve different marketing strategies through direct and agencies' partnerships
- Deliver on quarterly business targets, objectives, forecasts and business reviews with Aleph's & X's management, senior level executives, CMOs on the client side & agency executives
- Negotiating trading agreements with buying departments at agencies and key business partners
- Synchronizing with internal departments to build smooth business processes with minimum disruption
- Report on weekly forecasts, highlights and lowlights
- Set quarterly team KPIs for the CPs, CSMs & SMB teams
- Drive education efforts through setting workshops needs and flow with clear timelines on frequency with agencies and clients
- Represent Aleph in industry events where relevant to X
- Optimize team structure to drive efficiency and deliver on revenue per head objectives
Minimum Requirements- A Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, marketing, business or tech
- Minimum 7+ years in a senior partnership or revenue-generating role, with a track record of managing high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Commercially orientated with strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities, drive data-driven strategies, and forecast revenue growth across diverse regions.
- Expertise in building strong internal and external relationships, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and international business environments, including an understanding of the unique dynamics of diverse global markets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of adapting to changing market conditions and leveraging innovation to maintain a competitive edge
