In this role, a keen understanding of customer behaviors and trends will be essential, alongside proactive testing, analysis, and data-informed reporting.This position can be remote or on site in Birmingham, AL. You must be currently located in the United States and a current green card holder or US citizen.• Audience Optimization & Retargeting: Drive results by segmenting and optimizing audiences, prioritizing intent-based targeting and retargeting to guide prospects through the customer journey.• Campaign Management: Strategically plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels to align with client acquisition goals.• Intent-Driven Targeting: Leverage data insights to refine audience targeting and retargeting efforts based on user intent, ensuring each campaign reaches the right audience at the right stage.• Testing & Analysis: Conduct A/B testing on creative, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
