We’re recruiting for an eCommerce Specialist to join our vibrant, energetic team on a parental leave contract, starting March until August 2025!
Reporting to our TWL Trading Lead, as ECommerce Specialist, you’ll support the technical integrations and merchant relationships with our 3rd Party (3P) vendors on our ecommerce platform, ensuring our 3rd Party offerings both boost and complement our internal product range and provide a seamless, consistent customer and shopper journey. Our eCommerce platform acts both as shopfront and window to our stores, this role blends both technical, trading and supplier relationship aspects of working behind the scenes of an ecommerce platform!
Key responsibilities inc.:
Promotions & Content Management: Collaborate with the wider Ecommerce team to drive third-party sales online by creating promotional summaries, weekly content plans and confirming participation in major trading events across our different merchants, inc. managing their landing page and promo content displays
Range Management & Compliance: Manage third-party product listings to ensure compliance with company guidelines. Address price point concerns, compliance risks and support the Ecommerce Category Manager on range expansion opportunities.
Merchant Health & SLA Management: Ensure third-party merchants meet their Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Address merchant queries, provide communication support, and work with the finance team on any settlement issues.
Data Integration & Quality Control: Oversee the integration of third-party data with the frontend system, identifying and resolving any issues. Ensure product listing quality, including SKU breadth and data accuracy.
Reporting & Insights: Provide weekly performance reports on third-party performance, identifying key trend and areas for improvement.
Returns Management: Manage third-party returns queries, working closely with customer service and the returns coordinator to ensure smooth processes and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Customer Feedback Management: Review and take action on 1-star customer ratings for third-party products, including delisting or responding to customers as needed.
Ecommerce and retail is fast moving and always on! We’re looking for a high-energy individual who wants to own this scope – working quickly, highly organised and forward planning to juggle multiple tasks and keep vendor/supplier relationships running effortlessly.
You'll be technically inclined and comfortable working on the back-end of a eCommerce platform, analytically minded and numerically savvy with a strong understanding of trading a digital business in an omni-channel environment. You've got a strong affinity with multi-category retail industry with a commercial & customer-focused mind-set.
