Digital Marketing (B2B) Intern

Are you excited about B2B Marketing, marketplaces and a little bit about sales? Then this may be the perfect internship for you! 

During your 6 months internship in the University Marketing team, you will help Studyportals promote its brand, thought leadership and services to universities around the world. We help ambitious institutions in their efforts to attract and recruit students, at scale.

Your role 

To help us fulfil our promise, your main responsibilities will be to assist in the creation of marketing materials ranging from (but not limited to) landing pages, flyers, and videos. You will be strongly encouraged to come up and develop your own ideas and initiatives while having the opportunity to get involved in innovative projects alongside a highly motivated international team. 

What you will do

  • Write and develop content for various media channels (e.g. email marketing, social media)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in further developing and implementing our digital campaigns and email strategy
  • Manage Studyportals' social media postings on LinkedIn
  • Learn about lead generation and nurturing tactics and strategies
  • Run marketing automation campaigns that deliver value to our future clients
  • Process all incoming contact information for both digital content and offline events
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in the marketing planning and execution
  • Currently pursuing your studies in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Digital Media, Communications) / you must be enrolled at a university in the Netherlands 
  • Great writing skills and comfortable with writing both short & (sometimes) long copy 
  • Proficient in English, with great English writing skills (no Dutch required) 
  • Analytical mindset and great attention to details 
  • Goal-oriented, social media and tech savvy 
  • Quick learner and ideally have first experience with web-based tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Suite, WordPress, Unbounce) 
  • Positive, self-motivated individual with a high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn 
  • Pro-active and not afraid to suggest and initiate your own ideas 
  • A full-time internship position, starting in January/February 2025 for at least 6 months 
  • Monthly allowance of EUR 600 
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses (if you live outside Eindhoven) 
  • A chance to gain knowledge about online marketing, content marketing, email marketing, marketing automation and social media 
  • Learn how to think strategically about marketing, measuring your impact and reaching KPIs
