Skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Technical support experience for desktop-related issues
Experience with Microsoft Office / O365 applications
Inventory control and hardware/peripherals management
Responsibilities
Provide on-site desk side support for desktop-related and end user technical issues at multiple key managed services client locations
Provide outstanding customer service and IT support with a focus on Executive and VIP end users
Install, upgrade and remove desktop applications / user workstations
Troubleshoot general computer and server problems and ensure all systems are operating efficiently
Education
Minimum of 4 years of desktop support / end user technical support experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
