Security Client Portfolio ManagerAllied Universal is seeking a Client Manager to lead a business segment in a designated region.Responsibilities:• Set direction, tone, and client-specific plan for achieving service levels.• Focusing on hiring, development, and retention of security officers and Operations Managers.• Communicate high service level expectations consistently to the team.• Engage regularly with clients to enhance the value of Allied Universal's offering.• Manage delivery of services through subordinate team and fill in for them in absence.• Work with assigned personnel to ensure contractually scheduled hours are met.• Coach, counsel, and develop assigned personnel.• Capably utilize WinTeam for scheduling and billing.• Maintain confidentiality of all information and data.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field.• Minimum three years of experience in a service industry.• Proven strong service orientation, excellent interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills.• Ability to develop and grow client relationships.Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 / year
