We are committed to providing whole person care, investing in your well-being, and enriching your career.Key Position Details:• Full-time, hybrid remote position.• Benefit-eligibleJob Description:Provides support and coordinates new hire process to ensure a smooth, positive and seamless new hire and onboarding experience. Primarily supports onboarding and new hire processes for provider level requisitions and candidates.Principle Responsibilities• Coordinates and schedules candidate virtual or onsite interview.• Facilitates and manages candidate logistics including interview scheduling, travel arrangements and coordination between candidates and hiring department (including flight, hotel, car rental or car service).• Creates site visit itinerary for candidate and hiring team.• Partners with the Provider Recruitment team, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand interview scheduling needs, onboarding needs, and to create a differentiated experience for candidates.• Answers and routes responses from candidates regarding hiring status.• Assists with pre-employment checks related to: Background checks, DHS, education, license, certification, and driver's license verification.• Utilizes applicant tracking and Human Resources systems to process new hire pre-employment requirements.• Registers new hires for orientation, schedules photo appointment, and schedules Occupational Health screening.• Organize and prepares new employee orientation.• Ensures that all employee compliance information is complete, tracked and scanned into employee electronic file.• Processes expenses and invoices with accounts payable.• Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description• 2+ years of administrative experiencePreferred Qualifications• High school diploma or GED• 2+ years of previous recruiter assistant or recruitment related experiencePhysical Demands• Sedentary:• Lifting weight - Up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently
