From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.Job DescriptionThe Zone Field Sales Manager is responsible for organizing, directing, and integrating multichannel distribution strategies and change initiatives within an assigned territory to aid in driving profitable growth. This manager will work in concert with the Territory Business Leader, Sales Operations and Sales Strategy to provide consistent countrywide solutions across GTM teams that can be operationalized into local execution plans. This individual is an expert in field, sales and multi-channel operations and will partner with the GTM General Managers to coach sales leaders and drive market level results. The Zone Field Sales Manager will report to the Territory Business Leader.Key Responsibilities• Participate in District business reviews (template creation, focus area development)• Sales leader development strategies• Partnership and collaboration on across key partner AORs for initiative execution (FSO team for market alignments, promotions, Sales Tool adoption)• Facilitate the field feedback loop with Sales Leaders to reduce communication gaps and gather insight on headwinds (Ex: Process inefficiencies)• Based on trend data, support GTM and DSLs in the execution of field tactics to drive business results across all GTM distribution channels• Organizing requests from home office in alignment with AOR or corporate deadlines (i.e. AC24 invitees, budget planning)• Resource sharing on best practices on GTM townhalls, GTM strategy meetings, and GTM team meetings (Ex.: agenda development and presenter coordination, presenter preparation, materials/visual creation/oversight)• As available support meeting facilitation, organizing and seeing through meeting follow-upsSupervisory Responsibilities• This job has supervisory duties.Education & Experience• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)• 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)Page 2 of 2• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Certifications, Licenses, Registrations• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses (Preferred)Functional Skills• Ability to influence and inspire, to interact effectively, and coach others on to drive results• Applies highly advanced knowledge of sales operating models; agency operations and agency economics• Applies advanced ability to leverage technical skills in support of team objectives• Applies highly advanced conflict management and problem resolution skills in managing relationships• Applies highly advanced problem-solving skills to continuously improve business outcomes• Introduces and leads change effectively• Has the ability to properly prioritize different tasks, requests and issues as they ariseSkillsCustomer Centricity, Digital Literacy, Inclusive Leadership, Learning Agility, Results-OrientedCompensationCompensation offered for this role is $90,700.00 - 124,675.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.Joining our team isn't just a job - it's an opportunity.
