Ally Credit Card is looking for an experienced leader to join the credit card team to develop implementation plans for Card Operations related to strategic initiatives while helping to build best-in-class operations platform to support accelerated Ally Card growth. We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of credit card operations and experience in scaling credit card operations. The potential candidate should have the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally with other critical teams to ensure operational excellence and efficiency. Our ideal candidate has cross functional expertise in card operations, managing projects/timelines, understanding of card related platforms/technology, is always willing to challenge established assumptions, and can develop a strategic vision for the future that helps support the broader Card team goals.
