Skills: Strong communication skills, both oral and written; detail-oriented; organizational and time management abilities; and proficiency in Excel are essential, along with a passion for customer interaction.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with experience in a K-12 setting, is preferred. Candidates should exhibit self-motivation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Location: This position is based in Colorado, with potential travel to school districts within the state for onsite visits as needed.
Compensation: $60000 - $70000 / Annually

We are especially interested in candidates who have experience working in schools and understand both the joy and the burden educators feel daily. This role plays a critical role in the overall success of the support team and the assurance of customer satisfaction and success.
