We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Coordinator to join our team in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand standards. This role is key in supporting internal teams and external clients with coordination, reporting, and execution of advertising initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage advertising campaigns across print, digital, and broadcast channels

  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop campaign concepts and timelines

  • Ensure all advertising materials meet brand and quality standards

  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports for internal and client review

  • Maintain project schedules and ensure all deliverables are met on time

  • Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders regarding campaign needs

  • Monitor budgets and help with invoice processing and documentation
