Job Description
Captura Hall is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless service experience. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in supporting client satisfaction and operational success.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist in resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concerns and determining the best solution
Provide administrative support to the customer service department
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
