Job Description
Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Myrtle Beach, SC. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing prompt and professional assistance while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will support daily administrative and service-related functions and play an essential role in maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate department
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Process service requests and follow up with customers on status updates
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
Perform general administrative tasks to support the customer service department
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus
