We are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely assistance to clients, handling inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Assist customers with orders, returns, and general service questions

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure customer needs are met

  • Monitor and follow up on pending customer requests

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes

  • Support other administrative tasks as needed
