Software Engineer - Level 3

The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and innovative Software Engineer to elevate Alternative Payments by delivering high-quality solutions, mentoring junior talent, and driving complex feature development. In this fully remote role, you'll work independently on diverse tasks—from minor fixes to major features—while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of the payments industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independent Development: Tackle a wide range of tasks, from small bug fixes to complex feature development, with minimal supervision.

• Technical Leadership: Drive the development of scalable, robust software solutions using Golang and React/Next.js.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team performance.

• Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with product management, design, and QA teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

• Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our platform innovative and competitive.

What You Will Bring:

• Extensive Experience: Several years of experience in software development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.

• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in Golang and React/Next.js, with a quick ability to learn new technologies.
