Quelle est la mission principale qui sera confiée à l’étudiant·e pendant son immersion professionnelle ? (compétences qui seront développées) ?

L’objectif principal est de supporter les activités d’Altesia au niveau :

1. Support aux activités de Business Développement - Sales

✓ Support au développement /opérationalisation et suivi de la stratégie commerciale et de communication

✓ Support à la définition d’une qualification et segmentation de marché

✓ Support aux initiatives de développement clientèle et go- to market (workshop, Think Tank, évènement client,…)

✓ Support aux techniques de business development et account management

✓ Suivre l’entièreté du process de vente en support (prospect - client - fidélisation)

✓ Support à l’accompagnement des entreprises dans leur projet de transformation (support temporaire, continuité, projets,..) identifier les processus clé de succès dans le cycle de vente et support à l’implémentation

2. Support aux activités de BD - Candidats

✓ Support à l’identification et le sourcing de de candidats potentiellement intéressés par le domaine de la Consultance - sourcing candidats

✓ Support à la compréhension des besoins candidats et les matcher avec les demandes clients y compris participer à certains entretiens

✓ Développer et tenir à jour une communauté d’Intérim managers et de potentiels consultants et les aider à developper leur carrière

✓ Support au développement des templates, process de suivi qualitatifs des missions en cours

3. Support aux activités de BD - Communication/Marketing

✓ Développement des initiatives comm / marketing innovantes pour attirer les clients et les candidats de manière originale

4. Support à divers projets internes de développement de l’entreprise

✓ Knowledge management

✓ ESG

✓ Etudes de marché

✓ Mise à jour de bases de données

✓ Méthodologies applicables à la consultance financière/HR/Procurement, …)

5. Support à l’élaboration de la newsletter interne

Quelles sont les activités/tâches qui vont permettre de répondre à la mission principale ?

✓ Support à la prospection intelligente sur base des informations marché / outils de prospection à disposition (Trends, Linkedin, jobboards, sites actualité,…)

✓ Support dans les contacts avec des interlocuteurs au niveau junior/middle et middle-up management pour entretenir et développer un réseau de professionnels

✓ Utilisation des outils de marketing digital pour créer de la visibilité marché /candidat ✓ Support aux activités de création de demande et suivi qualitatif de l’offre de service

✓ Répondre aux attentes clients / candidats dans un cycle de vente qualitatif ✓ Support général au cycle de vente

✓ Suivi des activités dans le CRM

✓ Analyse dans excel de données clients / candidats

✓ Maintenir à jour les différentes DB
