We are responsible for the app architecture, developer onboarding, mobile app releases, reliability, and ensuring production issues get routed to the right teams and resolved in a timely manner.As an Android Engineer, you will be developing and expanding the next stage of our Android platform, which is mission-critical to ensuring our members have access to the highest quality care. Towards this mission, we (Health Storefront and Shared Tech) are building the technology, products, and services that help customers find, buy, and engage with the healthcare solutions they need.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience• Experience programming with at least one software programming languagePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalentAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
