NOTE: This hybrid position requires two-days a week in-office at one of the listed locations. Basic Function We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital engagement and related strategies across Wolters Kluwer businesses via our corporate website. You will be responsible for working closely with the Product Owner on defining and communicating the vision and delivery roadmap. In this position, you will join our Global Branding & Digital Marketing team to support our global website platform and digital marketing capabilities across Wolters Kluwer.This role will report to the Associate Director, Digital Marketing, and will work closely with Wolters Kluwer’s technology organization and marketing leads across the enterprise. You will support the evolution of our Web Content Management System (WebCMS). We are looking for an experienced product manager with a deep understanding of digital marketing and related technology platforms, and a strong understanding of content authoring needs and tooling. The ability to help steer business processes will be critical to the success of this role.Professionality, strategic thinking, customer focus, setting priorities, stakeholder management, excitement, creativity, passion, ability to both strategize and execute, lead change management, and collaborate in a matrixed environment are essential.https://www.wolterskluwer.com/enEssential DutiesSupport the product vision for Wolters Kluwer corporate website and clearly translate it into a roadmap.Expected to anticipate capabilities and services that enable the features and experiences for Wolters Kluwer Marketing teams.Holistically identifies viable solutions that can meet our businesses' needs, considering the operationalization of new capabilities and solutions.Develop qualitative and quantitative data insights from customer research, data analysis, and business analytics to help define solutions.Consistently advocates effectively for the customer's point of view during product ideation.Effectively communicates and aligns with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive toward common goals.Work with cross-functional marketing, UX, SEO, and analytics teams to create solutions that drive positive outcomes for our customers and business.Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in platform use for several topics including testing, analytics, personalization, governance, and workflow/approval processes.Provide Wolters Kluwer enterprise with continuous education, training, and recommendations to drive adoption of best practices across digital marketing topics.Work collaboratively across functions and departments enterprise-wide to help produce best-in-class digital experiences and ensure best practices are properly implemented.Work cross-functionally with marketing, UX, SEO, Analytics, and content teams to understand business and user needs, write and explain user stories to development teams and measure improvements once deployed.Participate in the evaluation of new platform features and releases to improve and optimize system usage and marketing team performance.Measure against key KPIs and benchmarks to drive business value.Support the overall team goal to drive continual improvement and build a best-in-class, data-driven customer experience.Other DutiesProduct Owner of third-party SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms and associated technologyPoint of contact for all severity incidents and escalated support requests for SaaS platformsJob QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in technology, marketing, or related field; or equivalent experienceExperience7+ years’ experience working in digital marketing, including experience as a Product Manager / Program Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with content management systems technologies and other platform-specific technologies.Experience designing and executing product discovery and product optimization for internal tools and users.Ability to clearly communicate business value and outcomes of platform work to many stakeholders.Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members.Proven ability to leverage data and insights to make informed product recommendations including prioritization.Proven record of accomplishment of effectively working across multiple divisions with competing objectives.Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or CertificationsComfortable collaborating with many stakeholders across various disciplines.Familiarity with enterprise web content management systems, structure, set-up, governance, and best practices.Understand Agile development processes and participate in the continuous improvement process for platform enhancements.Ability to focus on data-driven decisions that build maximum business value.Excellent presentation, organization, communications, and time management skills.Results-oriented, practical, hands-on approach to getting the work done.Travel RequirementsAbility to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%#LI-HybridThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by most people assigned to this job and not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and requirements.Compensation:Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $117,500-$164,700Additional Information:Wolters Kluwer offers a wide variety of competitive benefits and programs to help meet your needs and balance your work and personal life, including but not limited to: Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Commuter Benefits, Tuition Assistance Plan, Vacation and Sick Time, and Paid Parental Leave.
