Key... job responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the Alexa & Entertainment Devices and Services team in helping to define and deliver the gaming strategy
Present strategic deal reviews to the leadership team
Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage gaming partnerships that drive customer delight and support our strategic objectives.
Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate the IRR and strategic value of partnerships.
Work with multiple leaders across the organization to execute on the relationships on a global basis.
A day in the life
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will work closely with business and product leadership teams to develop strategic partnerships with top gaming companies. You will be required to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and effectively negotiate terms for the benefit of our customers. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to leverage your expertise of video game industry inside Amazon to make connections and structure innovative, impactful partnerships.

Video game industry is already bigger than music and movies combined, and is growing rapidly, transforming how customers are entertained, communicate with each other, and interact with digital devices. Our Devices' growth needs leaders who have an entrepreneurial spirit to create new products, relentless tenacity to get things done, and are capable of breaking down and solving complex problems. The Games Business Development team is empowered to explore new partnership ideas to deliver significant impact to business.

Basic Qualifications
- 6
years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 6
years of responding to requests for proposals (e.g., determining requirements, matching requirements to technical approach and solutions, developing solutions against requirements) experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
- MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
