We are looking for a passionate, results-oriented, and inventive Sr UX Designer.This role is for a hands-on designer who can establish a vision and strategy for our experiences, while leading the delivery of wireframes and visual designs, prototypes and specs for experiences across all WWOSTech products. You excel through innovation, creativity, and attention to detail. You are a proven strategic thinker and collaborator who flourishes in a large organization. You enjoy great design debates and thrive on iterating based on customer feedback.Key job responsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have excellent design, project management, problem solving, and communication skills and be comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. In addition, the ability to work backwards and think about building products from a customer perspective is crucial.• Analyze customer problems and design delightful solutions with measurable impact.• Work closely with product and business teams to develop use cases and high-level requirements.• Create design artifacts like user flows, wireframes, visual mocks, and prototypes to communicate your ideas.• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface and interaction specifications.• Independently present work, socialize ideas, and manage stakeholder expectations.• Partner with technology teams to ensure we leverage the scale offered by our platform without compromising on core experience principles.• Measure the success and effectiveness of UX innovations.A day in the lifeAmazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners and their children. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market.
