The Merchant Acquisition and Supplier Enablement (MASE) team within GMNS is a nationwide organization comprised of professionals dedicated to signing and enabling U.S. merchants for AXP Card acceptance.At the enterprise level, we've been investing in strategies to accelerate growth and drive deeper network relationships. One of these key strategic initiatives is the integration and scale of our suite of B2B payment solutions and a robust and efficient supplier enablement process is necessary to realizing this growth and serving our customers.How will you make an impact in this role?The Specialist , Campaign Success, is a position within the Supplier Enablement Center of Excellence (COE), specifically supporting Global Commercial Services (GCS) Global and Large (G&L) customer segment.This individual is responsible for end-to-end enablement experience for buyer campaigns alongside our GCS G&L field colleagues. The Specialist, Campaign Success will drive charge volume growth from B2B payment solutions and develop enablement strategies to accelerate supplier acquisition and expansion opportunities in support of G&L clients. Key focus area will be optimizing campaign effectiveness to deliver best in class supplier enablement experience for our customers.Primary Responsibilities:- Coordinate across partner teams to communicate critical success factors to ensure buyer readiness for supplier outreach.- Serve as enablement point of contact for buyer and client management teams, produce and present internal and customer-facing campaign reporting.- Drive and monitor campaign success metrics and partner to optimize campaign effectiveness.- Promote accountability with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful campaign outcome.- Manage end-to-end supplier enablement activities in partnership with multiple internal stakeholders and teams.- Prioritize and maintain active pipeline of opportunities.Minimum Qualifications- Proven success driving results in relationship management, sales, or a customer-facing role in a B2B environment.- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external constituents.- Demonstrated experience developing insights using data from multiple sources.- Experience using formulas within Excel including v-lookups and pivot tables- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with comfort presenting information to varying audiences and leadership.- Willing to take initiative and be accountable for results.- Thrive in constant state of change, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.- Experience presenting to senior leaders both internally and externallyPreferred Qualifications- Experience in B2B payments desired; familiarity with Salesforce.com- Understanding of Accounts PayableQualificationsSalary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
