Part-Time Database Analyst

Salary: $40.00/per hour
Position Summary:
Advancia Government Services (a federal government contractor) is seeking a qualified Part-Time Database Analyst who will manage approximately 1600 AED’s at about 400 Facilities as part of the Nationwide Public Access Defibrillation Program. The Contractor must provide technical, analytical, and administrative support for the national operation of the FAA Workplace Medical Emergency Response (WMER) Program.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:• Provide technical support for the Automated External Defibrillation PAD Program database• Submit Purchase Orders for Program Supplies to FAA Facilities.• Attending meetings, briefings, and conferences as required by the Government, Program Manager and other representatives as requested.• Provide Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) that documents the activities of the previous month and identifies planned activities for the following month.• Provide support for Sharepoint and upload documents as required.Education, Experience & Certification Requirements• Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, other IT degrees are required. Engineering, math, and science degrees are acceptable substitute degrees.• One (1) year of relevant experienceKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:• Database & Microsoft Office Management• Organizational Skills• Ability to self-manage and make timely decisions• Proficient in MS Office programs.• Possess exceptional customer service skills.• Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely, using written and verbal skills.• Able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.Working Conditions/Working Environment/Physical Demands• Working from home, ergonomics practices are required to maintain proper physical motions while sitting for hours.Advancia Government Services is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
