What we’re looking for:          
This is a full time (40 hrs/week) remote position.  
    
AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is seeking motivated, competitive, driven sales professionals. No prior mortgage experience is required. If you are someone with positive energy, the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and a passion for selling, we will teach you the business and how to thrive in this exciting industry.   • The role starts by working in our outbound call center where you will be the first point of contact for our consumers and will transfer warm leads to our team of licensed Mortgage Bankers.
  • In this role, you will engage with potential customers, showcasing why AmeriSave is a premier lender of choice.
  • You can make an immediate impact on the growth and success of our business by building rapport quickly and creating an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction.  
          
Successful team members will then have the chance to skyrocket their careers towards becoming Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers. Once certain metrics have been met you may be eligible to work towards your licensing requirements and move into our systems and sales training before joining a sales team where you will receive further coaching and support.            
    
What You'll Do: 
 
     
  • Manage a high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners 
  • Pre-screen potential borrowers by confirming basic information and asking pre-qualifying questions
  • Establish and maintain a friendly rapport with customers and overcome objections by understanding their goals and interests
  • Transfer qualified warm leads to the licensed Loan Officers
  • Set appointments with consumers for the Loan Officers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers
  • Successful team members will work to obtain necessary licensing. After earning your license, you will take on the role of advising clients in navigating the homebuying or refinance process, providing valuable insights on optimizing their mortgage management strategies.
What You'll Need:
  • Inside or field sales experience required
  • Previous sales experience with a bonus component is a plus
  • Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
  • Telesales experience preferred
  • Previous collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage experience a plus
  • Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude
  • Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage high volume of calls
  • Ability to counter customer objections
  • Must be independent, self-motivated and organized

**Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. **          
           
Compensation:          
The hourly rate for this position is $16.50 per hour (or greater only if your state of residency requires so) plus bonus per pay period based upon individual performance.  Target annual compensation for this position is $34,000 to $55,000.
