We recently released ENDLESS™ Dungeon, a squad-based rogue-lite tactical action game.
We’re also well known for our critically acclaimed ENDLESS™ series, played by millions worldwide, and for HUMANKIND™, our historical strategy game.
Our close relationship with the community is a core feature of the studio’s philosophy. We’re proud of the way we create games together with our players via Games2Gether, our custom-built community platform that enables our community to play a key role in the creation of our games at every stage of development.
Games2Gether is the community platform of choice for many SEGA studios: in addition to serving as Amplitude’s home base it has now been adopted by Relic Entertainment, Two Point Studios, and Creative Assembly
Description
We are looking for a Senior UI UX Web Designer to join our team on a permanent contract, to work on our Games2Gether platform.
Reporting to the Lead UI/UX Web Designer, your main tasks will be as follows:
- Create layouts, designs and icons for our websites
- Developing our Design System, documenting detailed interaction models and user interface specifications.
- Improve our graphic charter
- Create prototypes for our user tests
- Analyse and optimise our UX performance
- Share your technical and artistic research
- Identify user needs, sketch out solutions, build prototypes, test ideas and refine designs using data and customer feedback.
Required experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
- 6+ years of experience in a similar or relevant position
Required skills and profile
- Fluent in English and in French
- Proficiency of Figma
- Proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Comfortable with the concept of Design System
- Knowledge of the concept of Design Tokens
- Knowledge of design methodologies inspired by Design Thinking
- Knowledge of responsive design and integration standards
- Knowledge of After Effect
- Passionate about strategy games / video games
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and interact with a wide variety of people (programmers, community, artists, etc.)
- Flexibility and adaptability

Détails du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) UI UX Web Designer Senior, en contrat à durée indéterminée, afin de travailler sur notre plateforme Games2Gether.
Sous la supervision du Lead UI/UX Web Designer, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Créer des mises en page, des designs et des icônes pour nos sites web
- Développer notre Design System, documenter les modèles d'interaction détaillés et les spécifications de l'interface utilisateur.
- Améliorer notre charte graphique
- Créer des prototypes pour nos tests utilisateurs
- Analyser et optimiser nos performances UX
- Partager vos recherches techniques et artistiques
- Identifier les besoins des utilisateurs, esquisser des solutions, construire des prototypes, tester les idées et affiner les conceptions à l'aide de données et du retour d'information des clients.
Expérience requise
- BAC+3 minimum avec une spécialisation design ou tout autre domaine similaire
- Minimum 6 années d'expérience sur un poste similaire ou équivalent
Profil recherché
- Anglais et Français courant
- Maitrise de Figma
- Maitrise de la Suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- A l’aise avec la notion de Design System
- Connaissance de la notion de Design Tokens
- Connaissance des méthodologies de conception inspirées du Design Thinking
- Connaissance en responsive design et les standards d’intégration
- Connaissances d'After Effect
- Passionné(e) de jeux de stratégie / jeux vidéo
- Soucis du détail et sens de l'organisation
- Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe et à interagir avec une grande variété de profils (programmeurs, communauté, artistes…)
- Flexibilité et adaptabilité
