Customer Service Representative

AM/PM Animal Hospital in Austin, TX is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional care to clients and their pets.

Skills

Previous customer service experience.
Veterinary or medical clinic experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task efficiently.
Passion for delivering exceptional care to clients.

Responsibilities

Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival and assisting with the appointment sign-in process.
Assisting clients with check-out procedures and handling financial transactions.
Answering phone calls and making outbound reminders for appointments and medication refills.
Maintaining hospital cleanliness and assisting with client experience.
