Veterinary Receptionist
AM/PM Animal Hospital is seeking an independent and compassionate Receptionist to join our team. We are focused on providing excellent service and care for our patients.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of veterinary terminology
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets during appointment sign-in
- Assist clients with check-out processes
- Answer phone calls from clients
- Make outbound phone calls for reminders and appointments
- Understand common vaccination protocols and basic lab tests
- Maintain cleanliness and hospital environment
Education
- Previous veterinary experience preferred
