Our team is looking for a sharp Trade Support Analyst who will support the sales, trading, and execution services, This is an excellent opportunity to grow into the sales and trading roles.

  • Provide primary support to sales traders
  • Assist with post-trade activities, including trade allocation
  • Generate client letters with trade confirmation
  • Input trade details into internal softwares and spreadsheets
  • Effectively work with client to resolve any trade issues
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve any issues related to trade settlement
  • Maintain and update client and contact database information
  • Maintain and update calendars and schedules
  • Act as an information resource, liaison and problem-solver to both internal and external contacts
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion
  • Perform other duties and work on special projects as required

Experience and Skills:
  • BA/BS in Business or Economics with an emphasis in accounting/finance preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in financial services
  • FINRA SIE and Series 7 license or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) with strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various departments and levels of the organization
  • Previous experience in Financial Services, particularly any big banks or broker/dealer strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to analyze processes and improve efficiency

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range is $65,000-$80,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the individual and the firm's performance. At Wedbush, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at, or near, the top of the range for their role. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
