Accounting Associate (Project Codes)

As the Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for enabling and maintaining interdepartmental collaboration in order to efficiently set up compliant project codes as well as run reports and pull data to support month end and ad-hoc analysis. This role will also be involved in identifying and implementing areas for process improvements within their scope of work. This is an important role with ample opportunities for growth and development in a company that is constantly growing and changing.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare contract code structures for new business awards, contract modifications, and indirect projects
• Responsible for JIRA workflows and processes
• Monitor timekeeping tickets and effectively resolve issues in a timely manner
• Provide support during month-end cycles
• Perform ad-hoc reporting as required

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or related field
• 0-2 years of experience
• Ability to operate in fast paced environment
• Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
• Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships across the company and work with different levels and departments

US Salary Range

$70,000—$105,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
