The team
The FP&A team is composed by 2 people who are in charge to support the organization’s financial health thanks to planning and budgeting, integrated financial planning, management and performance reporting, and forecasting and modeling.
Main responsibilities
We’re looking for someone who’s eager to take on a meaningful role and, who believe in the success of a young and innovative finance, eager to succeed as a team, and thrilled by the power of digital.
As an FP&A Analyst on the Finance team, you will play a key role in our financial planning processes and operations. We are looking for someone who has an eye for data and a passion for optimization.
The role will partner with various groups across the organization to create, maintain and enhance an accurate budgeting, reporting and forecasting process, build a scalable finance routine, and provide meaningful insights through sound business planning and reporting.
As a member of the finance team, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a positive mindset. S/He will be open to taking on a wide variety of responsibilities, including building and integrating finance processes cross-functionally as we scale.
S/He will collaborate closely with the Head of FP&A and the Senior FP&A, who will act as his/hers direct manager.
Six-month expectations:
Support in the preparation of monthly reporting, including basic operational KPIs
Learn our financial processes and contribute to maintaining financial information and dashboards
Support the accounting team with basic financial reporting tasks
Assist in budget and forecast preparation
Learn to work effectively with staff across the organization
Twelve-month expectations:
Support in the preparation of financial analyses and reports
Assist functional leads in financial reviews and budgeting processes
Help maintain financial models for short-term planning
Learn to identify basic financial risks and opportunities
Requirements
Recent graduate or up to 6 months' experience in Finance, Audit or Consulting
Fluent both in French and English
Basic understanding of P&L and accounting concepts
Good Excel skills, willingness to learn SQL and BI tools
Clear verbal/written communication skills
Proactive and eagerness to learn
Detail-oriented with strong work ethic
Team player mindset
Location
Paris office (hybrid role from Paris)
