Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare month-end financial statements and manage company closing processes
  • Assemble and distribute month-end reporting packages, including Income Statements
  • Create monthly and annual financial forecasts and business plans by division/team
  • Report financials to management, providing insights to maximize revenue and control costs
  • Analyze profitability at the Company Business Service level
  • Monitor and report on financial KPI performance
  • Develop budgets and oversee investment planning
  • Conduct cost center analysis and manage budget allocations
  • Optimize profit and cost efficiencies

Salary: 55,000-65,000 per year

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Korean)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounting or Financial Analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Skilled in data interpretation and strategic analysis for management
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to confidentiality
  • Strong understanding of financial, cost, and management accounting principles
  • SAP experience preferred
