Modern Workplace (Citrix) Engineer

As a Modern Workplace (Citrix) Engineer at ANS, your primary responsibilities include providing technical support, acting as an escalation point for 1st line engineers, managing P1 support incidents, and contributing to the project delivery process. You'll also work closely with deployment and migration tasks while identifying system issues and proposing innovative solutions to improve efficiency.

To succeed as a Modern Workplace (Citrix) Engineer at ANS, you should have a strong background in troubleshooting and managing Citrix environments along with experience in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). Additionally, skills in M365 technologies and general Windows Server knowledge, including Active Directory and PowerShell, will be immensely beneficial.
