Head of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Anthropic is looking for a Head of Corporate Accounting to oversee financial close processes, reporting, and ad hoc projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with demonstrated experience in a similar role.

Skills

6+ years of accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or equivalent
Proficiency in NetSuite or similar accounting software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Responsibilities

Manage month-end and quarter-end close process and reporting
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
Prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Implement financial close tools to automate processes
Collaborate with external auditors and lead the GL accounting team

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
