Role Summary:Anthropologie is looking for a brand marketing - influencer intern. This individual is innovative, creative, detail-oriented, and personable with an eye for up and coming influencer talent. We are looking for an influencer intern who can provide fresh ideas to reach a younger consumer within the marketing channel of influencer marketing.About the Summer Internship Program:Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern focused events including exposure to our senior leadership across the business in small group settings, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips & for those qualified a chance to interview for a full-time job opportunity. See for yourself what our past & present interns are up to @urbnearlycareers!The URBN 2025 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/2 through 8/8 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.Summer Internship Program Application Process:   Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills.  If there is a project component in the application (see below within role qualifications), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position.  This is due at the time of your application submission. Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.   Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.    Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 4th 2024. Role Responsibilities:-Market Research of competitive influencer strategies, relationships, and creative influencer activations/events-Expand network of Anthropologie influencers via researching and casting of brand-right influencers at the nano,micro,mid and mega following levels-Execute influencer giftings inclusive of casting, product assortment curation, packaging ideation, creative opps marketing support marketing support briefing, merch coordination for landing experience, product ordering and execution of the gifting-Ideate brand-right campaigns for the Q1 season inclusive of casting suggestions and out-of-the-box elements tied to key product growth categories- Pull together 360 recapping and reporting of Summer activations, giftings, and project activationsRole Qualifications:Knowledge of fashion-centric influencers from micro to mega following sizeA charismatic and proactive style of communication desired for external communicationStrong writing and communication skillsDeep understanding of social media platforms as they pertain to creators, influencers, trends, and the Anthropologie customer – especially on TikTok and Instagram.Organized and able to work on a variety of projects at one time in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build relationships and work with a variety of coworkers across multiple teamsExisting relationships with US-based influencers and brand marketing a plusExperience with the Creator IQ influencer marketing platform a plusProject Requirement:In addition to your application and resume, to be considered for this role you must submit a Concept Board (8.5 X 11 PDF format is preferred). This is due at the time of your application submission. Once you complete your project, please upload it to additional documents section in the application process.Create a marketing campaign concept board focused on Fall 2025 featuring tears of images (still life styling, editorial, artistic, branding, etc.) that you find aspirational for the brand’s creative direction and could be used as a potential collective campaign idea across email, digital and social platformsYou may use visuals from blogs, Instagram, magazines, etc. to show your point of view but be sure to think like a marketer when pulling your aspirational tears and compiling the concept board.Be sure to include 2-3 influencers you could see as partners with this Fall 2025 campaign and why you think they would be great fits with our brand.The Perks:URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
