The role involves assisting with financial asset management by establishing and enforcing financial policies, procedures, and controls. Key responsibilities include monitoring cash flow and financial risk, preparing and analyzing budgets, and generating special financial reports. The position requires maintaining intercompany transaction balances, preparing profit and loss statements, and ensuring timely month-end and quarterly financial closings. Additionally, the role oversees accounting operations for subsidiary corporations, manages financial staff through recruitment and training, and ensures confidentiality of financial information. The candidate will also establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for management reporting. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, along with 2 to 4 years of experience in an accounting environment. Knowledge of balance sheets, exposure to CPA practices, and proven problem-solving skills are essential.
