The Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting, identifying, and documenting business and functionalrequirements. The business analyst will write user stories, create business requirement documents, createUI mock-ups, process maps, decision trees and other diagrams in support of the development activitiesdriven by the Product Roadmap. The analyst will apply subject matter expertise to product development,executing, improving action plans and providing recommendations and guidance to others in the associatedbusiness and best practices of the product area. The Business Analyst focuses on initiatives throughout theorganization, the IT Business Analyst has an IT focus and supports system-related initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Performs in areas of requirements elicitation and modeling, analysis, problem solving and artifactproduction.· Utilizes formal and informal written communication methods to communicate requested productdevelopment changes.· Collaborates with Product Managers to elicit, document and model requirements to support writingfeatures and user stories.· Analyzes and translates business requirements to identify impacts, trends, and gaps.· Understands and negotiates feature needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.· Partners with product management and other teams within the organization providing and sharingexpert knowledge of designated areas.· Facilitates requirements and other meetings and presentations for diverse audiences.· Facilitates backlog refinement meetings and clearly explains requirements to Agile teams.· Leads interactive and controlled meetings to elicit business processes.· Assesses business processes, uncovers system inefficiencies, and recommends solutions.· Provides product thought leadership and demonstrates fluency in understanding businessprocesses.· Performs other functions such as quality assurance testing and other duties as needed.· Owns and delivers multiple projects, on an ongoing, long-term and ad-hoc basis.· Provides day-to-day support and evaluation of production questions, and issues.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEMinimum Qualifications· Requires bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or computer science, or combination ofeducation and relevant experience.· Minimum of 2 years of business analysis experience.EEO/AA Employer/Vet/Disabled.The Know Your Rights poster is available here:https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdfThe pay transparency policy is available here:https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdfFor temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
