Application Support Analyst

Job Location: Fully Remote/Virtual

Summary
Work as part of a team to support clients in their implementation, installation, configuration, training, use, and problem resolution with our Eligibility Manager, Cap Check, and DataTug products.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with team to manage and implement all aspects of client installations and enhancements.
    • Produce client-specific documentation.
    • Train clients and run Q&A sessions.
    • Evaluate client information to ensure we have everything we need.
    • Configure systems based on client needs.
    • Test configurations, where possible, before delivering to the client.
    • Handle custom requests and special needs.
    • Provide testing and client validation support.
    • Provide post-go-live support and "transition to Support."
  • Provide ongoing client support and training for all applications.
  • Provide QA feedback for new product releases.
  • Document tasks and communications with clients.
  • When required, track time and provide billing information.

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • Three years experience with DataWing applications and solid knowledge of installations and client support aspects.
  • Demonstrated (work experience, education, etc.) technical skills.
    • Microsoft Office skills - specifically Excel and Access.
    • Strong SQL Server skills.
  • Ability to write documentation and process documents.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to test software applications.
  • General healthcare knowledge focusing on financial/insurance processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage own time, commitments, and responsibilities.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
