Job Description

Digital Solutions team works to develop the most promising systems and applications for the IDIADA group and their clients, focusing on the continuous improvement of engineering processes and the exploitation of data and information. The team leverages on the most valued aspects of the company DNA, innovation and customer-orientation, to investigate on the technological trends and bring the value to the wide variety of tool-chains being applied in the automotive and mobility sector.

What are we are looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to support the development of digital solutions in the scope of Human Capital Management. 
As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the definition, implementation, or deployment of human resources management systems.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, web and business intelligence developers, designers, and purchasers, to define and deliver business supporting solutions. 

Part of your daily activities will consist of:
- Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, prioritize, and document product requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment between business and technical goals.
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term objectives.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
- Implement agile methodologies and best practices to manage project development, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations, while adhering to project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

Profile
- 2 years of experience as project manager, product owner or similar role, preferably in the Human Capital Management processes.
- Experience working in Agile environments and with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.  
- Passion for innovation, with a keen interest in data-driven technologies and the future of mobility.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate within large scale projects.
- Experience in design, implementation and maintenance of database systems.
- Experience related to implementation of commercial HCM products is a plus.
- Willingness to travel is a plus.

Education
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering or similar.

Languages
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
