Sales Operations Assistant
Our esteemed client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Offshore Sales Operations Assistant to support their sales and recruitment teams in driving operational efficiency and delivering exceptional service to their clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for contributing to the success of a fast-paced staffing company.
Salary - $1100 per month
Type of Work - Full time (REMOTE)
Work Schedule - UK hours but with some US overlap, 11am-8pm or similar
- In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales operations, administrative support, or staffing industry roles is an advantage.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Zoominfo is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Job Adder) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with staffing industry processes and terminology is a plus.
