The duties of this position will be to work closely with staff at the Harn Museum to determine potential opportunities, and scope or an art exhibit which will feature works in the Vickers Collection related to the Florida Wildlife Corridor.
This position will work with development staff to find funding opportunities through donors to fund future art exhibits.
This is a temporary OPS position for one year with the possibility of an additional year(s) if funding is raised to support the position.
$41.20 per hour
Ph.D in Art History or related field
Experience working with artists and art collections, curation and exhibition
Understanding of the relationship between art and environmental interpretation and outreach
Experience working with art donors
