The Logistics Team in Fort Myers, FL (ALC) is searching for an intern pursuing a Supply Chain/Logistics degree to support and learn from the logistics team. The successful candidate will participate in a rotational program learning the logistics functions of both International and Domestic shipping. Additionally, the successful candidate will maintain logistics reports, coordinate shipping, and monitor/track all logistic modes.This internship will run from January 2025 – April 2025. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 30-40 hours per week at our Fort Myers, FL facility.Main Objective:• To introduce a qualified candidate to the Logistics Experience at Arthrex through interactions with various departments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Update and maintain the reports needed for freight audit reporting.• Update and maintain the transportation damage spreadsheet.• Participate in various projects relating to Logistics.• Rotational Learning of Logistics functions.• Coordinate day-to-day shipping requests.Education and Experience:Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Supply Chain and Logistics. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:• Basic to intermediate computer skills.• Knowlegde of Excel.• Knwledge of Power BI preferred.Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel.
