Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company actively searching for a Product Marketing Manager Associate to manage and execute initiatives for the Synergy product portfolio in the US Region. Synergy is a leading video and integration solution in operating rooms globally, comprising surgical tools and technology.
Main Objective: The Product Marketing Manager Associate will participate in downstream marketing efforts for Arthrex products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Product Marketing Manager and Product Director to develop and manage promotional planning for Arthrex products.
• Set priorities for promotional focus and resource allocation for key product families.
• Develop marketing plans including targeting, messaging, analysis, and sales tool development.
• Create launch plans for new products with key messaging, marketing materials, and trade show strategy.
• Present marketing plans annually to the leadership team and Product Management team.
• Lead monthly progress reviews with Product Director and PM team.
• Collaborate with Mar Comm leadership on product promotional assets and campaigns.
• Work with Sales Leadership to develop tools and resources for product lines.
• Provide creative direction on campaigns, marketing materials, and review campaign messaging regularly.
• Collaborate with HCP consultants for promotional ideas and educational presentations.
• Establish and review marketing analytics to support messaging and product focus.
• Conduct research with surgeons and reps for feedback on messaging and materials.
• Effectively move assets through the review and approval process in the MRM system.
• In-office position based in Naples, FL; travel up to 25%.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree required; preferably in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in brand/product management, orthopedic sales, or related field.
• Experience in the medical products industry highly preferred.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Proven success in developing and executing promotional campaigns.
