WHAT YOU'LL DO  

The Content Coordinator at Jones & Bartlet Learning is responsible for providing general administrative support to the content team in developing and producing educational materials. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless execution of publishing processes, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication among key stakeholders to ensure effective cross-functional coordination. 

WHERE YOU’LL WORK  

This position will work hybrid out of our Burlington, MA or Leawood KS office location. Remote candidates will be considered. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

  • High school diploma required and Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.  
  • Previous experience in publishing, content coordination, or administrative support preferred.   
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management tools. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME 

  • Provide administrative assistance to the content management team, including assisting in preparing and organizing documents, and reports related to content development. 
  • Monitor the status of the product portfolio and keep all systems up to date ensuring all information is current and accurately reflects project progress. 
  • Process product change requests by coordinating with relevant departments to assess impacts and facilitate necessary updates. 
  • Coordinate the market review process for manuscripts and projects, including gathering and synthesizing customer and reviewer feedback for easy consumption and analysis 
  • Contract and royalty management: maintain and update the contract database, ensuring all agreements are executed, and accurately recorded and accessible. 
  • Processing A&P invoices, ensuring proper coding and approval workflows.
