Ascend Learning is seeking a Content Coordinator to support its content management team by developing and producing educational materials, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for content management, monitor product portfolio status, coordinate manuscript reviews, manage contracts and royalties, and process invoices.
Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications: A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred along with prior experience in publishing or administrative support.
Location: The position is hybrid out of Leawood, Kansas, and remote candidates will be considered.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $45,000 - $65,000.
