The Admin Assistant is responsible for the responsibilities below. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Accounts Payable: + Invoices in AP inbox to be matched with the PO that is pulled into the accounting system and set up for payment. + Process invoices, match purchase orders, and prepare checks. + Assist with reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records. + Communicate with vendors regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies. Phone Management: + Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. + Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate staff members. + Handle customer inquiries and provide general information. General Office/Administrative Tasks: + Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and requesting . + Perform data entry, filing, and record keeping tasks. + Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents. + Assist with maintaining a clean and organized office environment. Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent required.
