These positions are open-ended contract roles!
Looking for 1st and 2nd shift people

First shift hours - 8AM – 4:30PM

Second shift hours - 2:30PM - 11:00PM

The Role:

The Assembly and Test Technician 2 reports directly to the Production/Shipping Supervisor and is responsible for

Following all applicable processes and procedures during the entire order process

Identify & escalate all issues impacting customer orders and work with the responsible parties until a resolution is implemented and the order ships

Key Responsibilities:

High energy, self-motivated individual capable of performing system configuration, complex electro-mechanical assembly, inspection, and kitting functions on customer orders
Must have outstanding manual dexterity and attention to detail
Must be available to work OT as required to meet production targets
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills are required
Thorough understanding of order processing and ability to maintain accurate inventory control during all phases of activity
Ability to read/understand complex assembly documentation

Basic Qualification and Skills:

High School degree or equivalent is required. College degree is preferred
Able to work in a fast paced, customer driven atmosphere
Able to work independently as well as with a team
Ability to lift, push and pull 50 pounds
Strong time management and prioritization skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
1-3 years production/Assembly experience preferred
