Endeavor is seeking an Assistant who will be responsible for providing support to the Executive Vice President, Public Relations and Senior Vice President, Global Partnerships. The ideal candidate will exercise discretion and independent judgment, as well as the ability to interface and work with executive and senior level business leaders and their teams. The candidate will have the ability to effectively manage scheduling of calls, meetings and a high volume workload.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle all scheduling related matters

Provide phone support; organize calls, listen and proactively set follow up

Complete expense reports using Concur

Assist with conference room reservations, audio/visual equipment set up, catering for meetings and visitor registration

Print and organize documents

Research industry-related items for presentations and proposals

Manage travel logistics, draft travel booklet itineraries/agendas
Qualifications:

High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Ability to work with all levels of management

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

$15.00 hourly
