The Assistant Manager of International Admissions team in Office of Admissions is an important role in promoting NTU, attracting and recruiting quality international and local undergraduate students, meet intake targets set by NTU and delight prospective students, their parents and our partnering high schools with excellent service.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Outreach
Propose new/update marketing plans and strategies for recruitment in local and overseas markets.
Promote and publicize NTU Undergraduate programmes via outreach activities overseas and locally to recruit top-quality international and local students.
Host visitors from overseas High Schools or organizations.
Processing of applications
Check applications and documents carefully and propose accurate admission cut-offs to ensure good quality students are admitted.
Project accurately the total offers required based on past year statistics and ensuring that target numbers are met.
Review High School qualifications regularly and proposed changes if applicable.
Work with each School on updating Subject requirements per programme or new programme for each admission year.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferably 5 years of administrative work experiences in an education industry.
Knowledge of MS Office applications.
Meticulous and focused on the execution of assigned tasks.
Proactive and resourceful in improving processes.
Possess good communication and problem-solving skills in managing complex situations.
Able to travel.
