The Role
CAA is seeking an Assistant to support a senior agent in our Music Brand Partnerships department, based in Nashville. CAA Music Brand Partnerships is a dedicated team of music branding and marketing experts that work across all genres. The department develops strategic campaigns and successful partnerships between the Agency’s music clients and brands that span the globe. The ideal candidate should have experience working in the advertising, marketing and/or promotional events spaces. The individual should be motivated, a quick-thinker, a superlative communicator (at all levels, internally and externally) and possess solid administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative duties including handling heavy phones, calendar management, coordinating meetings and schedules, scheduling travel, booking reports, preparing expense reports, and general office management tasks
  • Communicate directly with brands and brand agencies, clients, managers, record labels, and promoters
  • Project manage deals, with accountability for the implementation, fulfillment and tracking of all deal deliverables and key items
  • Track all contracts, leads, talent ideas, and deposits surrounding past, current and prospective partnership deals
  • Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on current events within the entertainment landscape, especially as it relates to talent, social media, and brand representation
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 months of professional administrative or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work well in fast-paced environments; meet tight deadlines; lead multiple projects and expectations; maintain a sharp focus while handling competing priorities
  • Attention to detail, strong organization and problem solving skills are a must
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to anticipate needs and execute time-sensitive matters
  • Team oriented and able to communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels
  • Must be solutions oriented
  • Adept at quickly learning new processes, technology, and ability to assimilate oneself and become familiar with existing systems
  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
Education
BA/BS from an accredited University or College preferred
Location
On-Site in Nashville, TN, United States
Compensation
The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $20.00-22.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
