We are looking for an Educational Content Product Manager who is passionate about changing the world and has the experience and expertise to contribute to our mission. As a Product Manager, you will lead the ideation, development, creation and delivery of teaching and learning materials using different formats including print, digital, videos and interactive media. In order to achieve your goals, you will collaborate with members of the AssistiveWare team, including educators, speech-language pathologists (SLP), service designers and motion designers. Additionally, you will ensure the roll out of high-quality educational content and materials is smooth, while working to improve and provide the best learning outcomes.

The role requires working in a Kanban style maintaining a user-centric approach to the development of educational materials. We work in short cycles and frequent releases so we can quickly learn from what has been implemented. While this role is located in the Netherlands, the team is located across timezones and countries which requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours.

  • Based in the Netherlands
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a product manager or product owner
  • Minimum of a Masters Degree in education, instructional design or a related field
  • Expertise in teaching and learning needs, strategies and learning processes and in the design and development of educational content
  • Excellent communication and visionary leadership skills; a collaborative, results-orientated, team player
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with a Kanban approach in a user-centered design environment
  • Experience in producing videos or animations is a plus
  • An interesting and versatile job where your personal input is appreciated and expected

  • Monthly gross salary between €4.900 and €5.500 depending on work experience and knowledge level
